Airspan’s wireless broadband network platform includes a flexible architecture with fixed WiMAX Base Station that can migrate to a mobility solution with only a software upgrade.

  •     HiperMAX Base Stations: macro range coverage with Software Defined Radio (SDR) array, for optimum migration to mobility.
  •    MicroMAX Base stations offer micro coverage, cost optimized for fixed and lower density application.
    Airspan offers a variety of subscriber premises equipment:
  •     EasyST, a desktop self-installable subscriber premises terminal
  •   ProST, an external environmentally hardy terminal and;
  • MiMAX, the  IEEE 802.16e-2005 compliant USB device for laptops offers a leading edge capability for mobile and remote access to the wireless network

Airspan’s Intel-Based EasyST and ProST premises equipment have versions with WiFi Access Point functionality. This capability enables them to simultaneously offer both WiMAX and WiFi, thus enabling workforce access at any time from any location.
