Pajak Land & Offshore Ltd., the predecessor of Pajak Engineering Ltd., was founded in 1966. Pajak Engineering Ltd. was incorporated in 1985, after the expansion into the discipline of engineering. The objectives of the company are to provide the oil and gas industry with engineering, project management and well-site supervisory services for well-site preparation, drilling, completion, work-over, production and lease restoration, both on and offshore.

Pajak management strives to make certain that Pajak Engineers and Supervisors are assigned to operations closely aligned to their strengths and experience to ensure clients are provided with qualified personnel suited to their requirements and project scope. Pajak has production, reservoir and drilling engineers, management consultants, drilling, completion and construction supervisors available for the upstream petroleum industry. Pajak's supervisors are experienced in all geographical areas in Canada including the Foothills, Arctic, East Coast; and most areas around the world and all have significant experience with directional drilling, horizontal drilling, re-entry and underbalanced drilling. All have experience with varying concentrations of H₂S and all personnel are required to maintain current certifications required for their area.

During the past several years, Pajak has assisted various E&P companies with start-up operations in Libya, Syria, Kurdistan and Qatar. The E&P companies consisted of Petro Canada in Libya and Syria, Encana Qatar and Western Zagros Kurdistan. Pajak supplied engineering and supervisory personnel for well planning, road/lease construction, drilling and completions. Pajak is currently assisting Niko Kurdistan and Talisman Kurdistan in the same manner. Due to consistent involvement with E&P companies in this region, Pajak has now amassed a solid network of operations personnel with on the ground experience who have a solid track record in the region. Pajak also has an enduring relationship in this region with Ras Gas Limited, to whom we have supplied drilling supervisory personnel since 2003 for their development project in the North Field in the Gulf. Most of the consultants supplied have been North Americans with extensive experience in Western Canada, USA and internationally. This gives them a unique perspective of various drilling, completion and HSE practices.
